ULTRA FILTRATION MEMBRANES

  • Ultrafiltration (UF) is a pressure-driven membrane based specification process to remove suspended solids, bacteria, viruses, endotoxins and other pathogens to produce water with very high purity and low silt density.

  • UltraFiltration Plants are used in PRE-RO applications to reduce Turbidity and protect RO Systems, Concentration in fruit juice / Food industry, Separation in Oil / Pharma Insustry.

  • UltraFiltration Plants are built using Hollow Fibre Membranes to 100KD with full automatic system. Membranes to other MWCO are used for specific applications.

  • Filtration, Backwash & Flush – both upward & downward direction and with Air Scouring facility through Automatic Valves , level & pressure controls are provided.

  • Davey Products Hollow Fibres are indigenously manufactured through Phase Inversion Technology, from materials such as PVDF, PES, & PS to suit various applications.

  • These are available in different sizes of fibres with In – Out and Out – In flow directions and to MWCO 100 KD (std),        67 KD, 50 KD, & 20 KD (Optional).

  • Ultra – Filtration Membranes are widely used for reduction of TSS / Turbidity / Microbes and used as Pre – Filtration in Reverse Osmosis Systems for Low SDI.
