STRING WOUND FILTER CARTRIDGE — HSWC
Precision-wound polypropylene or absorbent cotton fibers create a graded density structure that maximises dirt-holding capacity. No binders or adhesives — high structural stability with zero fiber release.

String Wound
Polypropylene or cotton yarn wound in a controlled pattern to create a graded density filter with maximum dirt-holding capacity and deep filtration.
Pleated Membrane
High surface area pleated membranes in PP, PES, PTFE, PFA, Nylon 66, or Glass Fiber. Ideal for absolute-rated fine filtration and sterilising-grade applications.
Melt-Blown
100% PP microfibers thermally bonded into a seamless structure. Dense-inside, sparse-outside gradient ensures multi-layer particle interception up to 99%+.
Activated Carbon
Granular or powdered activated carbon / coconut shell carbon block cartridges. Excellent adsorption of chlorine, organic compounds, odour and heavy metals.
