Automations for
1.Check Levels of Storage – Feed Water, Product Water, and Backwash and when levels are low, raise alarm signals & hooters and stop the operations. Resume the operation on correcting the error and switch off error signals, alarms and hooters.
Check Levels of Chemical in Dosing Tank and when level is low, raise alarm signal & hooter and stop the operations. Resume the operation on correcting the error and switch off error signals, alarms and hooters.
Check Low Pressure and High Pressure Settings when Feed and Backwash Pumps and when the limits are exceeded, raise alarm signals & hooters and stop the operations. Resume the operation on correcting the error and switch off error signals, alarms and hooters.
Execute the Auto cycle at the set sequence and timing
Auto start/stop the Feed Pump, Dosing Pump etc
(i) Start Feed Pump and set of automatic valves and run upward Flush Cycle for set period of time. During this cycle, allow air scouring.
(ii) Start Filtration Cycle keeping Feed Pump and set of valves ON and run upward Filtration Cycle for set period of time. Stop Feed Pump and close all valves.
(iv) Start Backwash Pump and set of valves and run upward Backwash Cycle for set of period of time. Stop Backwash Pump and close all valves.
(v) Repeat the abov cycle in Downward direction.
(vi) Repeat the cycle
Display the Operational Sequence, Error and Alarms on the MMI LCD and also the time of operation, sequence in progress
7. Stop the operations when Overload Current occurs. Resume the operation on correcting the error and switch off
error signals, alarms and hooters.
8. Set the Time of Operation and Frequency of each operation
